How to measure:

Measure the length between your heel and the tip of your big toe on both feet. Use the longest measurement to compare with our size guide.

Note: your heel-to-toe measurement may be slightly shorter than our insole measured in cm. Therefore it is always a good idea to choose a size where the cm measurement is about 0.5 cm longer than your foot length.
