At Danform Shoes Vtts, you have 30 days to return your online purchases. Your right to return starts from the day you receive the goods. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please fill out the return form and follow the instructions. If you need a new item, please place a new order.
Please return the package in the same condition as you received it. Enclose your receipt and the completed return form explaining why you want to return the item(s).

Drop off the return parcel at your local post office.
Once we have received the parcel and inspected its contents, the amount will be credited back to the account used for the purchase.
Please contact us at [email protected] before you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, etc., so we can immediately place the new item on order in our warehouse.
Note: We do not take responsibility for the return package until it is in our possession.
When we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will refund the full amount you paid for the purchase (excluding shipping costs) to the same account used for the purchase.
