These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.danformshoesvtts.shop for deliveries within the United States and worldwide.
www.danformshoesvtts.shop is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. It may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop at www.danformshoesvtts.shop you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card, which we accept. If you are under 18 years, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.
All our prices are quoted in USD. Since operations are in the US and no VAT like in Denmark is applicable here, there is no VAT included in the price.
You choose the item(s) you want to purchase and add them into the “shopping cart”. You can edit the contents of the shopping cart at any time and continuously check the content and the price of the good(s).
- When you are ready to place your order, click the shopping cart icon and then the “Checkout” button.
- Enter your information and click “Go to Shipping Methods”
- Select the shipping method you want and click “Go to payment method”
- You will now be directed to a secure payment page where you will enter your credit card information. You can cancel your order at any time until you confirm your payment information by clicking the “Finish payment” button.
The amount will first be deducted from your account once the item(s) leave our warehouse.

When you order an item from us, you will receive an acknowledgment (order confirmation) of our receipt of your order. You will first enter into a binding purchase agreement when you have received an order confirmation from us.
We ship all international parcels with a reliable shipping partner (to be determined). We use insured parcel services and you will receive a track & trace number when we ship the order.
North America:
Delivery time is typically 3 – 5 business days and costs are free regardless of order amount as we offer free shipping for all orders.
NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.
All US customers: Please note that local tax will be added to your order, depending on the region. These charges are at the customers’ own expense.
P.O. Boxes
In some cases, it is not possible for us to deliver to P.O. boxes. If this is the case for your order, we will reach out to you for an alternative address. If we cannot obtain an alternative address, we will cancel the order.
You have 30 days to return your goods when shopping online at Danform Shoes. Your return right starts at the receipt of the goods. If you wish to change the item or return the item, you must complete this return note and follow the instructions. If you would like a new item, you must submit a new order.
Upon return, drop the parcel off at the nearest post office and write down your tracking number.
Please note that the return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and parcels must be sent to the country specific return address, never to parcel shops, it is not possible for us to pick up return packages at a parcel shop.
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other evidence of your purchase. Additionally, it will facilitate the processing, if you attach a completed return form.
Please return the package in the same condition as you received it in. Please enclose your receipt and the completed return form for why you want to return your good(s).

- Drop the return parcel in your local postal office.
- Once we have received the parcel and reviewed for its content, the amount will be credited to the account used for the purchase.

Note: We do not accept any liability for the return package before it is in our possession.
When we receive the goods, we will check for their contents and refund you the full amount you have paid to us upon purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same account as you used for the purchase.
NOTE: Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please contact us at

NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because:
- You have actually taken the goods in use
- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it
- You have handled the goods otherwise than was necessary in order for you to determine the nature, characteristics, and the way they operate
- You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal resulting from sealing, product type, etc.
Your purchase is covered by relevant US consumer protection laws. This means that the consumer has certain rights and remedies. Depending on the specific situation, you may be entitled to have a faulty product repaired or replaced, receive a refund, or get a reduction in price. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
We strongly suggest you to contact us in advance to solve any complaints. In case there is a dispute we can’t solve, you may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in the US.

We kindly ask you to provide us with your documentation of the purchase, together with pictures and a short description of the claimed cause when you submit the claim. This will shorten the process of handling the claim.
Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with a conclusion and instructions on how to proceed.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the defect was discovered.
